3. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed through our website. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
For grazing tables, payment must be completed in full at least 5 days prior to the event date. The booking will only be confirmed once full payment is received within this specified timeframe.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, Afterpay, and other payment methods offered on our website.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are available within the Sydney metro area and selected surrounding suburbs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect delivery details or recipient absence.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
As our products are perishable, cancellations or refunds are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
